How much does it cost?

After we get to know each other a little better, if we decide it makes sense to continue a partnership after the first conversation, I’ll explain what that looks like and what it costs. There’s no obligation and there will be no surprises.

What services do you offer at Shift Wellness?

How does your coaching process work and what can clients expect in terms of communication and support?

We start with a deep intake to understand your goals, history, and current challenges. Coaching sessions are 55 minutes and can be done via video, phone, or in person, depending on your preference and location. Session frequency is tailored to you (weekly or bi-weekly). Between sessions, you’ll have available support via email and text, plus regular check-ins to adjust your plan. The goal is simple: clear guidance, consistent support, and sustainable progress.

What makes your coaching approach unique?

Shift Wellness focuses on root-cause healing, not symptom management. My approach blends current science with holistic, nervous-system-informed practices and highly personalized supplementation and lifestyle strategies. Every plan is custom—no templates, no generic protocols. We address the whole person: physical health, mindset, emotions, and behavior, so changes actually stick.

How do you track client progress?

Progress is tracked through regular check-ins, client feedback, and measurable markers like energy, mood, sleep, symptoms, and (when appropriate) lab work. You’ll be encouraged to notice patterns in your daily habits and body responses so we can make precise adjustments. Each month, we review what’s working, refine what isn’t, and realign goals to keep momentum strong.

What happens if i don’t end up achieving the transformation I’m seeking?

Results come from consistency—but you won’t do this alone. If you follow your personalized plan, change will happen, even if the timeline varies. If life circumstances change or the program isn’t the right fit, you’re free to step away. There are no contracts, so if things aren’t working for you, there’s no obligation to pay for the rest of the program timeline (for monthly payments). All completed payments made are non-refundable. You’re always welcome to come back to a program later should you ever need to exit early.
